The price includes:

Down payment and cancellations:

• The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of a third of the amount.
• In case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned.
• The balance of ‘rent due at the time of handover.
• No refunds or discounts for unused days due to late arrival or early departure.
• Deposit of € 100 per apartment payable on arrival; this amount will be returned the day of departure.
• The apartment can not be occupied by a higher number of people than indicated in the reservation.

Tourist tax

• In addition to the price of the reservation a tourist tax of € 1,20 will be applied per night per person, children under 12 are excluded.

• We accept payments in cash, bank transfer and credit cards.
